Privacy Policy for ComputeForge
Last updated: October 21, 2026
This privacy policy (“Policy”) describes how ComputeForge (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and shares personal information of users of our websites (the “Site”). Please read this Policy carefully to understand our practices regarding your personal information and how we will treat it.
Log Data
Whenever you visit our Service, we collect information that your browser sends to us that is called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your computer’s Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, browser version, pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, and other statistics.
Cookies
Cookies are small files a website asks your browser to keep. Our website uses a few. If you arrive by clicking one of our ads, a cookie called secmx keeps that ad click’s identifier for 90 days, so that we can tell which ad led to a sign-up (see “Google Ads measurement” below). Our own website analytics and Meta’s Pixel, described below, set cookies of their own. You can block or delete cookies in your browser’s settings.
Website analytics
To run and improve ComputeForge we record how our website is used — for example which pages you visit, your IP address and browser. We do this with Matomo, which runs on our own server: this information is not sent to an analytics company.
Google Ads measurement
If you sign up after clicking one of our Google ads, we keep that ad click’s identifier with your account. When you sign up, when you add a card, and when you pay an invoice in your first 90 days, we report it to Google Ads: the click identifier, which of those things happened, when, and for a payment the amount. That tells us which ads work. We do not send Google your name, your e-mail address or anything else from your account.
Meta Pixel
This website loads Meta’s (Facebook’s) Pixel. When you open one of its pages, your browser tells Meta which page you visited, along with your IP address, your browser details and Meta’s own cookies, and Meta can link that to your Facebook or Instagram account if you have one. We use it to measure and improve our advertising on Meta. We do not send Meta your name, your e-mail address or anything else from your account. Meta handles this information under its own privacy policy (facebook.com/privacy/policy), and you can control how Meta uses it for ads in your Facebook or Instagram ad settings.
Information We Collect
When you use our Site, we may collect the following types of information:
Contact Information: We collect your contact information when you sign up, including but not limited to your name, email address, and phone number.
Payment Information: To process payments for the services we provide, we collect payment-related information, including billing address and payment method details.
Transaction Screening Information: We collect information necessary to screen transactions for potential fraud.
Usage Information: To run and improve ComputeForge we record how our website and panel are used — for example which pages you visit, the steps you complete, your IP address and browser, and the outcome of sign-ups, server creation and payments — and we link this to your account.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect from you to:
Provide the services you request.
Process payments for our services.
Screen transactions for potential fraud to protect our users and ourselves from fraudulent activities.
Sharing Your Information
We try to limit the sharing of your information with third parties as much as possible. We may transmit your information as necessary to process your order and to screen for fraud. For example we transmit your billing related information to our payment processor. We DO NOT sell your information to third parties. Two advertising companies receive limited information, as described above: Google (which of our ads led to a sign-up or payment) and Meta (the Pixel on this website). We may share your information with ARIN when required to do so for ip allocation or assignment.
Your Rights
As a user, you have the right to update your information. You can update your billing and contact information through the control panel provided on our Site. California residents have the right to request access to their personal information, as well as the deletion of their personal information under the CCPA. If you wish to exercise these rights, please contact us.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. We will let you know via email and/or a prominent notice on our Site, prior to the change becoming effective and update the “effective date” at the top of this Privacy Policy.
